NAM is proud to announce that it has been voted a top alternative dispute resolution provider in the United States by the 2021 National Law Journal Best Of Survey for the eighth straight year. High honors went to Richard P. Byrne, Esq. who earned the distinction of being a Top 3 Mediator in the country for the seventh year in a row, and Hon. John P. DiBlasi (Ret.) recognized as a Top 3 Mediator in the nation for the eighth straight year.

The program, Business Divorce and the Use of ADR as a Path to Resolution, will be an interactive one, where attendees will learn about the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) in resolving issues related to business divorce from NAM's highly regarded panel.

Although mediation resolves most disputes, some mediations end in impasse. Such disappointments can usually be avoided and positive resolutions achieved when advocates are armed with knowledge of common mediation pitfalls and develop negotiation skills that can enhance mediation outcomes.
