Public Arbitration Clause Registry

Businesses may submit their consumer or employment/workplace-related arbitration clauses to NAM to be included in NAM’s Public Arbitration Clause Registry (“Registry”). As part of the process, NAM will review all clauses submitted, but it will only add to the Registry those clauses that are deemed to be in compliance with NAM’s Minimum Standards for Procedural Fairness for Consumer and Employment/Workplace-Related Arbitrations. Submission of arbitration clauses for review by NAM is optional and NAM’s Registry only provides information about organizations that have provided their arbitration clause(s) for review by NAM. Information in the Registry is updated periodically and is subject to change at any time.
