James W. Borkowski, Esq. distinguished career spans more than 30 years with a practice focused primarily on litigation at the trial and appellate levels in both the state and federal court systems. Mitchell R. Kahn, Esq. has been practicing law for more than 30 years and is a seasoned litigator dedicating his practice to representing individuals who have sustained a serious injury in an accident. Mr. Kahn understands the physical, emotional, and financial hardships that result from sustaining a serious personal injury and has a proven track record of success in negotiating settlements and obtaining verdicts for clients. He has handled all aspects of Labor Law 240 and 241 and has successfully mediated numerous multi-million-dollar catastrophic personal injury matters, including those related to accidents involving construction, premises liability, slip and fall, ladder/scaffolding, elevator, and automobile matters.
