New York, NY (September 20, 2021) – NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation) is proud to announce that it has been ranked by the legal community as the #1 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Provider for the eleventh consecutive year in the 2021 New York Law Journal (NYLJ) Best of Survey.

NAM's highly regarded ADR professionals, once again, dominated the individual rankings as well — taking eight of the top ten mediator spots and seven of the top ten arbitrator spots, including the #1 ranking in both categories with Susan Hernandez, Esq. placing first in the Individual Mediator category and Hon. Alan D. Scheinkman (Ret.) placing first in the Individual Arbitrator category.

The 2021 New York Law Journal Best of Survey is not a scientific study or an editorial analysis, but rather it is a democratic process. The program is run by the New York Law Journal sales and marketing teams at ALM. The voting was conducted via online ballot. Readers were notified of the ballot through direct emails, social media and online advertisements linking to the ballot across ALM's network of websites. The ballot consisted of 75+ categories encompassing the areas of Technology – Software and Services, Consulting/Outsourcing, PR/Marketing, Research/Information Services, Accounting/Banking/Finance/Insurance, Litigation Support, Real Estate, Education, Recruiting & Staffing, Titles, Per Diem, Alternative Dispute Resolution as well as Law Firms for Referral. It included over 500 companies and allowed for a write-in option.
