NAM Offers Substantial Discounts with Minimum Policy Mediation Program

Similar to NAM's Arbitration Express Program, Mediation Express will offer clients significantly discounted administrative and hourly fees for lower value claims ($25,000 minimum policy claims for Mediation Express and $50,000 high for Arbitration Express). Under both programs, clients will have access to a wide range of NAM's most experienced panel members, including numerous neutrals ranked as Top 10 in the 2023 New York Law Journal “Best Of” survey.
