Borkowski, Esq. have been invited by New York City Bar Association to present a live streaming continuing legal education (CLE) webinar, Inside the Mind of a Mediator: Avoiding Impasse and Maximizing Outcomes in Mediation.
The program is part of a NYC Bar two-day 16-Hour Bridge-the-Gap Corporate & Litigation program. NAM's presentation is being held on Friday, January 20th beginning at 1p.m.
NAM's esteemed panel will discuss key issues in dispute resolution, with a focus on how to maximize outcomes, as well as avoid impasse in mediation. The program will present best practices to help prevent the mediation from being sabotaged before real negotiations begin. They will also provide the latest tips and techniques counsel should consider throughout the mediation process.
