CLE Webinar: Sex Discrimination and Sexual Misconduct in the Workplace, School, and Sports

Joining Ms. Epstein in a panel discussion are Edward Garcia, Jr. , Esq, of Armijo & Garcia and Counsel to Chubb Insurance and Liz Paris, Esq, Partner and Hearing Officer Director at AWI-CH Van Dermyden Makus Law Corporation. The presentation is opened to the public and will be live-streamed on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 11am ET.

Ms. Epstein, Mr. Garcia and Ms. Paris will focus on Federal Civil Rights Acts, Titles VII and IX and provide attendees with the knowledge of Federal and select State and City laws and codes involved with these sexual discrimination and sexual misconduct cases. The esteemed panel will evaluate these claims from a liability and damages perspective and how to best approach mediation and negotiation.

Attendees will also be provided with an overview of:
