CLE Webinar: Inside the Mind of a Mediator – Avoiding Impasse and Maximizing Outcomes in Mediation

New York, NY (September 21, 2022) – NAM (National Arbitration and Mediation), one of the nation's leading providers of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services, is pleased to announce that Hon. Larry S. Schachner (Ret.) will present Inside the Mind of a Mediator – Avoiding Impasse and Maximizing Outcomes in Mediation to the Bronx County Bar Association (BCBA). This 60-minute live webinar will be held on Wednesday, October 12th at 1 p.m. ET and will be complimentary to BCBA members, $20 for non-members.

Judge Schachner will discuss key issues in dispute resolution, with a focus on how to maximize outcomes, as well as avoid impasse in mediation. The program will present best practices to help prevent the mediation from being sabotaged before real negotiations begin, as well as the latest tips and techniques counsel should consider throughout the mediation process.
